Simulation Facilities Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Simulation Centre, with a focus on clinical skills and simulation teaching.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience, or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
This is a full-time, permanent role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
The successful candidate will also have highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to influence and guide staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide effective logistical management of the Simulation Centre
* To develop and implement strategies for clinical skills and simulation teaching
* To supervise and coordinate projects and tasks
* To ensure the smooth operation of the Simulation Centre, including budgeting and financial management
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience, or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence and guide staff
* Highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
* Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate projects and tasks
