We are seeking a polished, welcoming and reliable Receptionist to become the heart of our dealership experience. This role is the first hello and the lasting impression—greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and ensuring our customer lounge and café areas feel effortless, warm and distinctly Volvo.
This is a role for someone who finds joy in creating moments of ease, who notices the details, and who understands that exceptional service is felt as much as it is delivered.

Previous Receptionist Experience Is Essential.
Experience in hospitality or other front‐of‐house roles is highly regarded, and applicants with customer‐centric reception experience from other industries are welcomed.
