Customer Service Role
This is a casual customer service role available across Hervey Bay and Maryborough. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide high level customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service across multiple areas and council departments
* Researching information sought by customers and providing accurate responses in a timely manner
* Processing payments received in accordance with internal processes
* Utilising internal council systems to gather and pass on knowledge
* Assisting and mentoring staff members as required
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience, ideally in a high volume environment
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to problem solve and manage a high workload
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems
