What does your new role involve?
* Support Clients: Provide person-centered care based on individual needs and goals
* Daily Assistance: Help with personal care, mobility, meals, and household tasks
* Community Involvement: Assist clients in accessing services and joining social activities
* Safe Environment: Create a respectful and empowering space for clients
* Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided
What you need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (or currently working towards)
* Previous experience in a disability support role is highly desirable
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Working with Vulnerable People Card
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Comprehensive Care Insurance and registered vehicle
* 100 Points of ID
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Willingness to travel
* Ability to work in environments where animals are present
