We're on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Junior & Senior Front of House Team Members to join our bakery family in Ballarat. As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll be serving up smiles (and our delicious treats) to locals, road trippers, and everyone in between.
The roles on offer are casual with a range of hours available as needed.
From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous Beesting, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile.
* Serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and keeping the front area looking its best.
* Sharing product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
* Working closely with the bakery team to keep things running smoothly – from morning coffee rushes to busy weekend afternoons.
What We're Looking For:
* A customer-focused all-rounder who's positive and proactive
* Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills
* Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Available to work at least one day on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
