You Are:
3+ years' experience in commercial sales&leasing, buyers advocacy, or investment
Licensed and able to operate as an independent contractor in NSW or QLD
Deeply connected in your local market with strong agent relationships
Skilled in sourcing off-market opportunities, due diligence, and negotiation
Detail-oriented, professional, and focused on delivering tailored outcomes

Role Responsibilities – What You'll Be Doing:
* Client relationship management – Understand client brief, create tailored acquisition strategies and coordinate all communication with client and other stakeholders
* Asset Search & Shortlisting – Source, shortlist and present properties matching client briefs. Provide comparative market data and insightful updates
* Agent relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial agents to gain access to both listed and off-market opportunities.
* Property Inspections – Personally inspect and assess properties to ensure alignment with client requirements and investment goals.
* Negotiation & Acquisition – Lead negotiations, and oversee contracts to secure the best outcomes for clients from A to Z.
* Due Diligence & analysis – Conduct extensive DD and detailed evaluations of target properties.
* CRM & Workflow Management – Keep client records and deal progress up to date using CRM tools
* Market Intelligence & Business Development – Stay ahead of market trends, expand your professional network, and support new business growth.
