The Role: Step into the dynamic world of claims as a Senior Claims Adjuster! You'll manage claims, handle data entry, produce claims histories, and facilitate electronic communications, ensuring smooth workflows and top-notch service.


Key Responsibilities

* Process new claims/notifications
* Manage claims end-to-end
* Appoint and instruct legal service providers and loss adjusters
* Produce policy documents & generate claims histories
* Complete reminders and peer reviews
* Enter and process claims payments upon approval
* Manage claims reporting as directed by the Claims Team Leader
* Produce articles and participate in podcasts/webinars


The Candidate - Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Who We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented individual thriving in a fast-paced environment, passionate about delivering exceptional service. You should be a quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes, with effective communication skills with stakeholders including legal providers, brokers, and insureds. Problem-solving skills and meticulous data management are essential. Insurance claims or legal experience is a plus.

Experience in medical malpractice insurance and financial lines/liability insurance is highly desirable.

* Legal qualifications
* Minimum 4+ years insurance experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving abilities
* Understanding of acting within authority, guidelines, policies, procedures, and auditing principles

Desired qualifications include insurance-related credentials or experience in claims or legal fields, with specific experience in medical malpractice and financial lines/liability insurance highly regarded.
