About the Role
We're seeking inquisitive individuals with a passion for sales to join our Sales Development team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in generating new business.
Key Responsibilities
* Ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
* Contribute to a diverse and engaged team that values collaboration and open communication.
* Work with partners across various industries and verticals to understand their unique needs and challenges.
* Qualify leads, contacts, and accounts to identify potential opportunities.
* Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up strategies.
* Partner closely with Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and develop compelling solutions.
* Establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Achieve monthly quota related to opportunities generated.
