Senior Technical Service Lead
We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our team of experts and manage key client relationships. As Senior Technical Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence and satisfaction through effective leadership, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
* Lead and support a team of field technicians, account managers, and administrative staff in delivering exceptional service to clients.
* Act as the primary technical support contact for the team and key clients, providing guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
* Develop and grow client relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and consistently meeting their expectations.
* Collaborate with senior management to enhance operational performance, drive team culture, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior HVAC service or operations role, with a strong track record of success.
* Air Conditioning & Refrigeration TAFE Cert 3 qualification.
* Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
* A hands-on approach, with a willingness to get involved in both technical and commercial activities.
* Experience managing staff and coordinating service delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
