Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across our two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This milestone reflects our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.
What You'll Do
- Conduct inspections, maintenance and upkeep of training areas and ranges
- Provide input into scopes and selection of specialist subcontractors
- Ensure work is delivered in alignment with Defence range requirements
- Identify and manage risks associated with range operations
What You'll Bring
- Trade Background or Certificate III in Maintenance Services
- Site Security Certification (recommended)
- Experience in facilities maintenance & caretaker responsibilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
- Current Open Driver's Licence
