An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced clinical leader to join a well-established Not-For-Profit Aged Care provider in Canberra.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive leadership structure within a boutique residential home, working closely with an experienced Residential Manager and a stable clinical team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
You will:
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Registered Nurses and care staff
* Support care planning and delivery aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Promote a positive, respectful and team-focused workplace culture
* Liaise with families, allied health and external stakeholders
* Contribute to compliance, safety and operational outcomes

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in a supervisory or relieving leadership role
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
A sound understanding of aged care compliance frameworks and workplace legislation will be highly regarded.
