Data Services Team Leader
As the Data Services Team Leader, you will oversee a team supporting and enhancing research data platforms and storage solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage the Team: Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Develop and Implement Strategies: Assist in creating effective oversight and enhancement of data services, including research data management and storage platforms.
* Drive Innovation and Improvement: Pilot new tools and services, maintaining a continuous improvement plan for data services.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with researchers, university departments, and external partners to support research goals and initiatives.

* An experienced leadership role with expertise in system administration, scripting for automation, and a strong focus on improving usability and operational efficiency in research data management.
* A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
