The Opportunity – Own the Warehouse, Drive the Flow
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong logistics mindset to lead and optimise our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll champion efficiency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement across all warehouse and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing warehouse team across all logistics functions
Oversee inbound/outbound freight, storage, dispatch, and distribution timelines
Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined stock control, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS integrity
Develop and implement best-practice warehouse processes and KPIs
Manage freight partners, negotiate transport efficiencies, and coordinate daily loads
Ensure compliance with WHS, chain of responsibility, and food safety requirements
Analyse warehouse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service
Support operational growth by improving layout, capacity, and material flow
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Supervisor within FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing
Strong logistics capability, with a track record of delivering operational improvements
Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Solid understanding of inventory systems, warehouse processes, and dispatch workflows
Experience working with ERP/WMS platforms
A commitment to safety, compliance, and performance
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Forklift licence preferred
