This role involves developing and scaling automation strategies across teams and platforms. * Create a comprehensive automation vision and drive its adoption across squads.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure testing aligns with architectural runways and business outcomes.
* Mentor team members, establish communities of practice, and oversee the Test Engineering Roadmap.
* Design and implement automation strategies across teams and platforms; define standards and policies.
* Select and integrate tools from various ecosystems (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TypeScript).
* Integrate AI into testing (e.g., intelligent test design, assistive coding, defect prediction); promote the use of MCP across testing.
