Job Opportunity: Member Recruitment Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Member Recruitment Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing member recruitment and retention processes/systems, creating high-quality communications across multiple channels, and conducting intrastate travel to Victorian clients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in the industry or similar, full Australian working rights, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and webinar software. They will also be able to cross-skill and cover other teams when needed, and possess a current Police check and relevant tertiary qualification.
