Role Description 
This is a temporary role for a Commis Chef or equivalent at ALH Hotels, located in Alexandra Headland, QLD. The Commis Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of hygiene, adhering to recipes, and assisting in the smooth operation of the kitchen. 
The Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency in food service, supporting a pleasant and productive dining experience for guests. This is an in office role. 
Qualifications 
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking 
Solid Culinary Skills and Hygiene standards 
Effective Communication skills 
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
Team player with a positive attitude 
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are an advantage
