Outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated Senior level Legal Assistant to join a leading insurance law firm's Health Law team! This team is committed to providing the best legal services to practitioners working in the health sector.
Working closely with the team's Partners and Solicitors, you will be actively involved in a busy practice and enjoy varied responsibilities, such as:
- arrange appointments
- manage client files, filing of correspondence and maintenance of client database
- assist with preparation of documents for court hearings
- billing files and drafting accounts
- draft correspondence and court documents
- liaise with external and internal clients
- general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes;
- proven performance and experience as a legal secretary
- solid technical skills
- highly refined communication skills
- ability to adapt to different work styles
- excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- strong initiative and willingness to assist
In addition, you will ideally have previous experience as Legal Assistant in Medical Negligence, Personal Injury or Litigation law.
