Responsibilities and duties:
1. Increase sales of products, expand customer base and reach the targets and goals for the store and the set area;
2. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate reposition and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, customer and satisfaction business growth;
3. Respond and follow up sales inquiries on the phone and face-to-face with customers in the most efficient, timely and professional manner;
4. Report to upper management with periodic sales reports, sales trend analyses and market insight;
5. Organize showroom layout, and maintain the condition of showroom and display products;
6. Arrange, or present for site visit, handover, delivery of products, follow up customers after delivery to the customers' full satisfaction;
7. Ensure both store and store facility are fully functional and operate smoothly;
8. Maximize the efficiency and utility outcome of the CRM system;
9. Implement the sales and after-sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
10. Support the implementation and development of new retail projects.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
2. Previous sales experience with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets;
3. Ability to learn all aspects of our products and services;
4. Strong computer skills;
5. Confidence in working in an autonomous, but supportive and collaborative environment to ultimately grow sales;
6. A valid driver's license;
7. Confidence to follow up leads, visit sites, and delivery real service.
Please note: This position may require you to work on the weekends as well as the weekdays.
