Lead and scale a team of engineers to deploy, operate, and optimize cloud-native data platforms.

* Manage engineers across global teams to deliver high-performance data services.
* Architect and scale distributed systems for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data services across cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
* 8+ years in engineering leadership with expertise in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
* Strong experience with cloud, Kubernetes, and Linux technologies, along with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
* Experience with cloud security and compliance.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
