Your New Role
As the
IS/IT Manager
, you will lead the information systems function across APAC, with a strong focus on ERP optimisation, system reliability, and ensuring technology aligns with business needs. You will develop and deliver long‑term IS/IT strategy, oversee system performance, ensure compliance with Group policies, and lead the planning and delivery of technology initiatives across the region. Responsibilities include ensuring ERP and BI reporting accuracy and availability, guiding system users, coordinating training, managing end‑to‑end systems projects, overseeing service desk performance, engaging with global teams, supporting various business units, and acting as a key escalation point for all IS/IT matters. You will manage one direct report while working closely with finance, operations, sales, engineering, design, and project teams.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 5+ years' experience in an IS/IT leadership role within a manufacturing or complex operational environment
* Strong experience with
ERP systems
, including optimisation, reporting, workflows, and alignment to business processes
* Demonstrated capability leading major software or system implementation projects
* Understanding of manufacturing systems, tools, and operational processes
* Ability to drive change and champion improved system usage
* Team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
* Strong stakeholder engagement across both technical and non‑technical teams
* Desirable:
Experience with Microsoft Business Central; technical IT background; ITIL Foundation certification; bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems.
