Are you passionate about driving sales efficiency and supporting strategic growth within a fast-paced FMCG environment? Noshu Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Account Executive – Sales Support to help us deliver our better-for-you, sugar-reduced treats to major retailers and new markets across Australia.

Main Responsibilities

* Administrative Support:

o Customer Data Management (Internal): Keep our internal record-keeping systems up to date with current account information, pricing, and product details.
o Customer Data Management (External): Manage data portals such as GS1, PartnerHub, Coles Supplier Portal, Amazon Vendor Central and Citrus to ensure product information is accurate and timely.
o Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports using tools like Quantium, Coles Synergy and Neilsen, ensuring their accuracy and consistency for all stakeholders.
o Reconciliation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of claims and accruals for key accounts (e.g., Woolworths, Coles, Amazon).
o Promotional Calendar Management: Maintain and update the internal promotional calendar, ensuring that all teams are informed of key dates, activities, and evolving business requirements.
* Account Management Support:

o Customer Relationships: Serve as a central point of contact for communication and follow-up with Woolworths, Coles, Major Petrol & Convenience customers, and emerging accounts.
o Order Follow-Up: Monitor and track order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries, proactively resolving any issues, and regularly reviewing DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) percentages to optimize efficiency.
* Sales Process Improvement:

o Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to sales workflows, administrative tasks, and overall efficiency.
o Sales Materials: Help prepare product catalogues, promotional assets, and presentation materials, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with up-to-date resources for client meetings.
* Communication & Coordination:

o Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities.
o Client Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating customer meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing critical follow-up actions.
* Demand Planning & Forecast Management:

o Forecast Support: Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to assist in the development and refinement of short- and long-term sales forecasts.
o Data Analysis: Help compile historical sales data and promotional impact analysis to inform demand planning cycles.
o Customer Feedback: Gather and document product feedback from customers, contributing insights to the product development team to drive innovation and improvement.


About You

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, who has 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.

You should have strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and be comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and data platforms.

Familiarity with FMCG, the food industry, and retail channels is highly advantageous.
