This role reports to the Manufacturing Finance Manager and will be supporting three sites with a combined revenue of $56M. The role: As a Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst, you'll be a critical link between our manufacturing and finance functions, ensuring that the business stakeholders have the accurate information they need to make well-informed decisions. You will be aligned with a group of sites, partnering closely with business leaders and site stakeholders from production, sales, and procurement to achieve business outcomes. Responsibilities: Overall full P&L responsibility for the business unit and partnering with the Site Manager to deliver to agreed financial targets: o Key business partner to the Site Manager in the development of budgets, forecasts, and reporting – both sales revenue and profit o Participate in sales and operations planning processes Support the Site Manager by contributing to the operational, cost and profit improvement initiatives Manage business cash flow through proactive management of working capital and capital expenditure Ensure that appropriate internal controls are adhered to with the sites and comply with the latest Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance policies Key finance partner in the development and execution of the business unit long term strategic plan Your Skills and Experience Over 10 years of experience in a management or cost accounting role within a manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of manufacturing standard costing practices, including cost allocation and sensitivity analysis, preferably with experience in an SAP environment. High-level analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic information-gathering skills. Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to work with people at all levels. A proactive and innovative mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions even with incomplete information.
