Strategic project governance & delivery - Control schedule, scope, budget, risks and dependencies for complex applications and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross functional solution design - Collaborate with RAC teams to shape approaches that meet business objectives, designing implementation strategies and processes in partnership with key stakeholders.
Risk, compliance & quality assurance - Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, embed regulatory requirements, and maintain rigorous documentation, highlight/exception reporting and post implementation reviews.
Resource & artefact management - Determine resourcing needs, steer day to day development of project artefacts, and optimise deployment of internal and external resources.
Executive reporting & governance - Produce clear status reports and Steering Committee presentations, offering actionable insights and recommendations for informed decision making.
Change leadership & business readiness - Orchestrate engagement, communications, training and go live activities to embed change and provide robust post implementation support and transition plans.
High performance team & stakeholder leadership - Inspire project teams and service providers, cultivate strong relationships, and secure stakeholder buy in through workshops, presentations and ongoing collaboration.
Post graduate qualifications in business is desirable.
Ability to manage ambiguous situations and help guide team members through them whilst building great trust and relationships.
Qualifications in project management, e.g. Prince2, MSP is highly desirable.
Significant experience in successfully developing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
