**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team, working on diverse projects from land development to cadastral and subdivision surveys.
The ideal candidate will manage projects from design to construction completion using the latest technology, including Total Stations, GNSS and 3D Laser Scanners.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver cadastral and subdivision surveys across greenfield, urban and rural sites.
* Oversee and manage projects from design to construction completion.
* Liaise with clients, councils, consultants and government agencies.
* Implement quality standards and supervise survey team members.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor of Surveying (or equivalent) with experience in land development.
* Current registration with BOSSI as a registered surveyor in NSW.
* Strong understanding of NSW subdivision process and regulations.
* Proficiency in modern surveying instruments and a current Australian driver's licence.
