The Role
Coodanup College is seeking to appoint a dedicated Science Teacher who may also teach Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to join their friendly team. This position is predominantly in the Science Department; however, it may also involve some STEM Technology related classes. Ability to learn and upskill in Technologies would be desirable.
You should have the capacity to deliver highly engaging programs that are relevant to our students\' needs. With effective organisational and interpersonal skills, you will ideally work closely with students, teachers and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for students.
Flexibility is desirable, along with the ability to differentiate and adapt to diverse learners across lower and senior school. A high standard of professionalism and a collaborative mindset are desirable. We are ideally looking for a student-focused, innovative, and motivated educator who works well as part of a dynamic team. Experience teaching Science across Lower and Senior school, and an interest in teaching Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is highly desirable but not essential.
