We are seeking a communications and engagement executive to join our user experience team delivering on our vision of creating amazing customer and employee experiences.

As part of the Infrastructure and Personal Technology (IPT) division, our team leads global internal communication and engagement programs that aim to inspire, engage and drive awesome customer outcomes aligned with our strategic goal of delivering technology that is #FitfortheFuture.

Using your prior knowledge and experience, you will drive and deliver customer and employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, support communications and design comms, as well as supporting some change/communications components of technology projects. You are someone that is creative and knows how to build and market a communications campaign staying on brand.

You will be able to identify and scale up or down the comms and engagement activities required for each project, making sure to prioritise your time accordingly. You will be confident challenging the status quo keeping in order to deliver amazing experiences keeping our customers and our people at the heart of all you do. A natural team player and self-starter, you will take a highly collaborative approach to build partnerships with change, communications, and engagement teams to succeed.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Drafting and creating communication content (written and visual) for multiple channels and media
- Creating and coordinating engagement initiatives (e.g. new starter experiences, executive meet and greets, merchandise swag bags, networking events)
- Planning and delivering regular leadership communications and engagement plans (e.g internal social media, townhalls, monthly newsletters)
- Designing and delivering creative communications and designs
- Unify the voice of IPT ensuring we cut through the noise and deliver the right message at the right time to amplify the positive impact our programs
- Collaborate with our internal brand team to create and drive engagement and awareness campaigns
- Partner with people leads to support the development and implementation of their technology services increasing customer adoption and creating amazing experiences
- Work in partnership with the wider corporate communications team to align internal messaging and ensure consistency across communication strategies

This is an exciting opportunity and would suit a self-starter who is outcomes focused and has an interest in Communications, Employee Engagement, Marketing, Learning and Technology. You need to be comfortable engaging with a broad cross section of stakeholders including senior management and technology teams to translate technology language easily to non-technical people.
