Responsibilities
- Point of contact for clients with escalation of issues and collaboration with the wider team to resolve in a timely manner.
- Manage client expectations and coordinate with Payroll Services Team both in-house and with partner teams.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, partners, and managers consistently.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with all PA clients.
- Ensure periodic meetings include setting agenda, recording minutes, distributing notes, and following up on actions.
- Manage client satisfaction data gathering, reporting, and management.
- Demonstrate strong ownership in issue resolution by investigating, sharing knowledge, and communicating clearly with all clients.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships in the client community to improve the client experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience managing payroll functions.
- Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines accurately and timely.
- Strong verbal and written skills to connect with clients and align with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong proficiency in English.
