Receptionist / Front of House - Endota Spa Forest Hill
Endota spa Forest Hill is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our amazing team. We are looking for a motivated, well spoken, well presented and caring individual to join our close-knit team. In this part time role you will have the security of set weekly shifts.
Working directly under the spa manager, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking bookings, appointment management, assisting clients with enquiries, recommending skin care products, assisting with the day to day running of the spa and performing opening/end of day procedures.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful candidate must be available to work the following shifts:
- Thursday 4pm - 9pm
- Friday 9am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am-5pm
Skills and experience
Experience in using Zenoti software is preferred but not essential. Previous salon experience or spa experience would be advantageous.
Knowledge of beauty industry and retail experience is essential.
Must be able to work well in a team as well as autonomously in a busy quick paced environment
