About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager experienced in the pool industry, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Swimart retail store in Aspley. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and profitability for the store. This is a full-time position based in our Aspley location. You will be working closely with the Service Manager who looks after in in-field team of pool technicians.
What you’ll be doing
* Oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing, customer service, and sales.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Coach, train, and manage our Customer Service Associates / casuals to ensure they provide a superior shopping experience.
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
* Comply with all relevant health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

* Must have experience in the pool industry.
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to foster a positive, customer-centric culture.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
* Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
* Proficient in data analysis and using KPIs to inform business decisions.
* Passion for the pool industry and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
