Qualifications & Experience
* NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Current or willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate
* Previous bar experience preferred but not essential
* Valid Australian work visa or work rights required
Tasks & Responsibilities
* All standard bar duties — serving drinks, cash/EFTPOS handling, restocking, and maintaining a clean work area
* Providing friendly, efficient customer service to locals and visitors
* Supporting the team during busy periods, especially weekends
* Weekend availability is essential
Pay & Conditions
* Casual Hospitality Award – Level 3
* Weekday casual rate: $33.38/hr
* Saturday rate: approx. $40.05/hr
* Sunday rate: approx. $46.73/hr
* Public holiday penalties also apply
