* Shift length: 13 hour shifts

Job responsibilities:
* Support de-escalation approaches consistent with unit policy and scope of practice.
* Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
* Document observations, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.
* Provide patient education related to the treatment plan and follow-up resources as directed.
