Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the heart of Hunter Valley.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar.
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
* Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
* Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants.
Requirements
* 12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role.
* 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment.
* A current RSA certificate.
* Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
* A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
* Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
