Redpath Partners are seeking a talented and ambitious Contracts Administrator to join an award winning construction company specialising in commercial workplace design and construct fit-out projects. The team is made up of creative and driven individuals who work together to deliver high-quality projects that exceed clients expectations.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of construction contracts and ensuring the smooth running of projects.
Your role will include:
- Reviewing and interpreting contract documents
- Preparing and issuing sub-contractor packages
- Managing and updating project schedules
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
- Preparing and issuing progress claims
- Assisting in the resolution of contract disputes
- A degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role in the commercial workplace design and construct fit-out sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of Procore
