We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our trade store team in Malaga.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in supporting our growing customer base, delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer orders and deliver an excellent customer experience
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in person at our trade store
* Respond to requests, source parts, and follow up on backorder ETAs
* Share product information (full training and support provided)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment
* Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
* Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and great time management
* A commitment to safety and promoting safe practices in the branch
