Key Responsibilities:
* You will have the opportunity to get involved in managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
* Apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
* You will guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ / CPEng.
* An interest in progression and long-term growth within a global organisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
* Experience in planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
* A passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
