As a Telstra partner, we sell Telstra products and services and utilize Telstra systems and processes to help customers. As an independent business we put our customers first and encourage long-lasting relationships that are mutually beneficial. We go the extra mile where we can and try and ensure that our customers leave with positive things to say about our business.
The position is essentially a sales and customer service role but will also include basic tech support. An interest in technology and an aptitude with computers, tablets and mobile phones is a must. An ability to communicate with customers in an understanding and articulate way is also key.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team in a permanent part-time or casual capacity for around 15-30 hours per week- which may include Saturday morning shifts.
If you would like to work in a busy and supportive close-knit team selling Telstra products and other communications related products while providing customers with great personal service then we are looking to hear from you. Telstra or telecommunications experience is preferred but not essential and ongoing training is provided.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Shop hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5 and Sat 8:30-12.
