The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Caravan Repair Technician to join our dedicated workshop team in Warana. Whether you're a qualified technician, mechanic, cabinet maker, or a skilled allrounder, this role offers variety, job security, and a rewarding work environment. Every day is different—ranging from bodywork and plumbing to cabinetry, 12V/240V systems, and structural repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and carry out structural, mechanical, electrical, and cabinetry repairs on a wide variety of caravans
Troubleshoot faults and identify efficient, high-quality repair solutions
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and parts used
Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced team to meet repair deadlines
Ensure workshop safety and cleanliness at all times
Assist with customer interactions when required
What We're Looking For
Experience in caravan repair, automotive, cabinetmaking, RV service, or similar trade
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in caravan repair, automotive, cabinetmaking, RV service, or similar trades is required
Understanding of mechanical, electrical (12v/240v), and plumbing systems
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of 12V/240V electrical systems is required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
Physical ability to move and handle parts, tools, and caravans
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Relevant trade certification (highly desirable but not essential)
Current driver's license
A current car licence (C class) is required
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
