As a Clinical Nurse – Community Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthier lives across the Kingaroy community. From building trusted relationships with clients and families to leading safe, evidence‐based care in diverse settings, your work will directly shape positive health outcomes and strengthen community wellbeing. Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced community‐based nursing care that empowers people to manage their health and live well
* Partner with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic, person‐centred care
* Use clinical leadership and critical thinking to guide safe decisions and improve care quality
* Support service improvement through mentoring, collaboration and continuous learning

* Registration as a Registered Nurse with authority to practise in Australia
* Advanced community or generalist nursing experience with strong assessment and care planning skills
* Confidence working autonomously while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
