* Job Summary: Provide medical care to patients with complex medical conditions.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Rotate through various departments, including Nephrology, Alcohol and other Drugs, Cancer services, Palliative Care, and Cardiology.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and remote health providers.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in acute General Medicine and subspecialties. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
