Senior Environment and Community Advisor
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Environment and Community Advisor. This position will be responsible for providing technical support in environmental management and community relations.
* This includes ensuring compliance with environmental approvals, management plans, and other statutory obligations.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the development and improvement of the Environmental Management System and associated documentation/records.
* This role requires strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as a sound understanding of Queensland environmental legislation, standards, and management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support in environmental management and community relations.
* Ensure compliance with environmental approvals, management plans, and other statutory obligations.
* Develop and improve the Environmental Management System and associated documentation/records.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.
* 5+ years' experience in a professional environmental role within the mining, engineering, or civil construction industries.
* Sound knowledge of Queensland environmental legislation, standards, and management systems.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
