About the opportunity
We're looking for an AssociateVisual Designer to join our high-performing creative team and help bring ideas tolife across digital, print, video, and animation.
This is the perfect opportunity for a designer ready totake the next step in their career. You'll work on a wide variety of meaningfulprojects—from campaign assets and social content to infographics, presentations— while continuing to grow your skills through mentorship and hands-onexperience.
Key responsibilities may include:
* Design and producecreative assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms (thinksocial media graphics, brochures, newsletters, and more).
* Create infographics,illustrations, and visualisations that make complex information easy tounderstand.
* Assist in developingvideo and animation content, with support from senior creatives.
* Apply and evolve brandguidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across all visual outputs.
* Collaborate withdesigners and stakeholders to turn briefs into compelling visual content.
* Format documents andlayouts with precision and attention to detail.
* Stay current with designtrends, tools, and technologies—and be open to learning new ones.
* Use project managementtools (like Monday.com) to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
* Contribute to apositive, collaborative team culture by sharing ideas and supportingothers.
* Leverage AI-approveddesign tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
About you
You're a creative thinker and clear communicator who knowshow to turn complex ideas into visuals that make sense—always ready to bringfresh ideas to the table and find smart, engaging ways to solve problems
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate:
* Tertiary qualificationsin Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
* Experience as a GraphicDesigner (2 years'+) with a passion for fresh ideas and creativeproblem-solving.
* A portfolio showcasingconceptual thinking and execution across multiple mediums (pleaseinclude some examples of your work in the application).
* Ability to simplifycomplex ideas through visual storytelling.
* Familiarity with projectmanagement tools or a willingness to learn.
* Intermediate skills inMicrosoft PowerPoint and Word.
* Experience usingMonday.com or similar project management platforms.
