* Traveling as required
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Heavy Lift and Transport within the industry
* Strong safety leadership qualities
* In-depth knowledge of heavy lift and transport logistics, equipment handling, and operational requirements
* Prior people management and leadership experience, and a passion for coaching and mentoring
* Strong commercial acumen and sales capability
* Familiarity with change management process, industry relevant department systems and Microsoft Office suite
