About the Role
As the Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network. Your responsibilities include transaction activities for customers, educating them on digital banking solutions, and conducting needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.

Qualifications
Previous banking or sales experience is not required, but a genuine interest or passion for banking is desirable.
