Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. To apply, you should be proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and be able to explain how your solution solves coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank).
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
