About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fire Door Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our fire door compliance, sales and operations, ensuring all documentation, scheduling, and communication are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and issue compliance reports and documentation as required.
• Monitor and update databases, ensuring all information is current and compliant.
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to queries regarding fire doors and provide excellent customer service.
• Thorough documentation and archiving project-specific documents and correspondence
• General administrative assistance as requested by Office Manager
• Timely and accurate cost estimates to secure projects and align with company budget
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
• Experience in fire safety or construction is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with Excel and Database management.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance - desirable but not essential, training can be provided.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
