Lead and support Home Managers across the region to deliver outstanding care.

⚕️ Requirements for the Area Director of Operations
* Nurse-qualified (RGN / RMN) with valid NMC registration - desirable but not essential
Proven track record in multi-site management within the care sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
