Job Summary
The Client Success team plays a vital role in helping clients achieve their mission-critical priorities.
As the conduit between our clients and stakeholders, you will ensure seamless communication and regular forums are well-organised and attended.
You will have an outstanding knowledge of Gartner's products and services, aligning with clients' desired objectives.
This role is pivotal to achieving client delight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and managing relationships with existing clients.
* Regularly meeting and engaging with clients virtually to understand their business priorities.
* Partnering with Sales to onboard new clients to their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
* Collaborating with internal colleagues to maximise value delivery to clients.
Requirements:
* 12+ months of relevant professional experience.
* A passion for HR and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication, collaboration, prioritisation, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
