Shape the future of Bugardi's projects across WA
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual delivery of our construction and modular manufacturing projects across Western Australia.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to manage subcontracts, track project costs, administer variations, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations from procurement through to completion.
This is a great chance to join a growing contractor delivering non-process infrastructure, modular builds, and maintenance projects across WA.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements in line with head contract terms and project scope.
- Administer progress claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs).
- Track budgets and costs, prepare commercial reports, and identify risks and opportunities early.
- Maintain accurate registers for delays, EOTs, and variations.
- Support tender preparation, bid evaluation, and subcontractor engagement.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial systems and processes.
Your Expertise
- 2–3 years’ experience in contract administration or cost management.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract management, and commercial principles.
- Demonstrated experience in cost reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cost management platforms (e.g., Procore, Cheops, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in all aspects of project delivery.
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience across civil, utilities, or infrastructure projects in WA.
- Exposure to MEP trades, residential, or commercial procurement.
