About the Role
Senior Exhibitions Project Manager – Lead the planning, delivery and management of logistical, design and experience aspects of a major temporary exhibition project scheduled to open in mid‐2027. The role includes project budget, milestones, reporting, stakeholder and contract management and advising the Program leadership team. This is a full‐time fixed‐term role (until 31 August 2027) reporting to the Head of Exhibitions.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience managing and leading the full lifecycle of projects to deliver high‐quality exhibitions at a range of scales; a strong interest in and/or knowledge of the exhibition of digital and moving‐image works is recommended.
* Highly developed analytical and project‐management skills with the proven ability to monitor progress, manage competing priorities, adapt workloads, respond to changing circumstances and meet deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder‐management skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Experience providing high‐level expertise and specialist advice to manage complex issues, with the ability to proactively problem‐solve.
* High level of understanding of OH&S policies, procedures and processes and possession of a Construction Induction White Card.
