Job Description
In this field-based role, you'll be supported by an experienced team that includes cross-functional and lead generation support. As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Achieving your gross profit sales target and agreed-upon KPIs
* Prospect and secure new business opportunities within our 'ideal customer' segment
* Managing your sales pipeline to quickly nurture prospects into new customers
* Creating, implementing, and executing sales plans
* Maintaining and demonstrating both a commercial and technical understanding of Microsoft products and services in a way that appeals to a broad customer audience
* Managing and delivering on sales activities—including prospecting, conducting meetings, client qualifications, presentations, quoting, and proposal submission with professionalism and efficiency
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with:
* Strong Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with C-level clients at nationally recognized organizations
* IT Expertise: Your past exposure to enterprise IT gives you a deep understanding of its sales cycles and the ability to create compelling solutions in order to help clients optimize, automate, and transform their IT infrastructures

* Sales Savvy: An excellent grasp of the sales process, objectives, and outcomes
